1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products, such as personalised or custom items, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
1.2 Return Process

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except for defective or incorrect items.
1.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item, excluding the original shipping cost. For free shipping orders, the refund will be reduced by the standard shipping fee.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment source.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
